Shipping (Within Rwanda)

For deliveries within Kigali, the city center of Rwanda, the shipping fee is 2,000 Rwandands Francs (Rwf)

For deliveries outside of Kigali, the shipping fee is 5,000 Rwandan Francs (Rwf).

At Autre, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as seamless as possible.

Returns

Products can only be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must notify us via email or contact our customer care support line using WhatsApp.

The item must be in a same condition as received.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refund

Refunds will be issued using the original payment used.
